The pressure relief valve is leaking through. It's probly due to the expansion vessel been either low on air and needs pumped or the vessel been busted and needing replacing.Which ever one is the problem the PRV will also need replacing.Call a Rgi and they will be able to sort it out for you.

Safety valve is releasing water. It only does that when you have a problem.
    You need a service engineer.

If you book a service, re-pressurising the vessel if needed would be included in a service. Service would be in the region of €80.
New PRV part would be approx €20 - €30 depending on boiler + labour.
If the vessel is split & needs replacing, part cost would be about €120 plus labour.
