cheap sturdy back rack

    Who knows or has a cheap sturdy 'pannier' rack for to put on the back of the bike? It should fit and carry a lightweight dame to sit on the back of the bike as a passenger.
    Also looking for a second hand basket to put on the front for the spuds.
