    Hi,
We're thinking of taking a city break this summer for a long weekend with a 2 year old and a 9 month old. Any tips on the best cities for kids? I'm thinking Amsterdam on bikes but my wife has read that Barcelona is good with kids.
    Any recommendations?

Barcelona is great. I was there 2 years ago with my 3. Go to Tibidabo...tram ride and then a funicular railway up to it. Expensive to enter but everything is free when you get in.

Great city for kids...loads of museums and also the beach is in easy reach. Food is very reasonably priced and very tasty. Go for it!!

Sorry should have mentioned that tibidabo is a large amusement park for kids!!
