I updated to 4.3 a few months back and since then my phone is useless, loads of problems from the speed it takes to even open the messaging to make a call and take photos, I used have a samsung and wish now i had stayed with my old provider and then at least my samsung could be relied on, when are the obvious problems with the 4.3 update going to be fixed, I know from searching online that I am not the only one to have these problems
