The death of PC Keith BLAKELOCK

Last week probably saw the last attempt to bring his killers to justice.

Without doubt, one of the most savage attacks ever perpetrated on another human being.

It is a very sobering thought that PC Blakelock's murderer's may well be walking around today and,who knows, may well have killed again.

The witness accounts of the attack make for sobering and reflective reading.

Men, it has been well said, think in herds; it will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one.

    Charles Mackay (1812-1889)
