Hi there a friend of mine got a tattoo a few years ago and for the life of her cannot remember what it is. Can anyone help to translate it?

looks like a "充"....it means something like "enough, full"

Really? In the Ba-Shu dialect it would roughly translate to 'not enough' or 'small penis'...
