Hi everyone,

My friend and I are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment/property in a safe area close to Rathmines, to move into around the 20th of June, as we will be full-time students in the Conservatory of Music come September.

I've sent out many e-mails in reply to some advertisements posted on Rent.ie etc., but almost all of them are tentative about leasing to students. I know its only April, but I'd like to have a place sorted for next year, and ready to move in.

Due to budget restrictions (SUSI grants etc.) my friend and I cannot stretch more than 1500 euro a month, or 187.5 euro a week per person.
