Good but cheap washable white paint

Heya, I'm looking to refurnish and repaint my bedroom next month in white. It's currently lilac, and the walls are dirty with stains and stuff that I cant seem to get rid of. My fear is if I paint it white it'll get dirtier even quicker because well... it's white. I've been on the hunt for a washable white paint and came across Woodies's own range and a couple other brands. I've read quite a few negative comments on the Woodies's own range unfortunately, so I guess that's off the list but Dulux is so pricey.

At 48 euros for 5 liters in woodies, I was wondering if anyone knows anywhere that stocks Dulux washable paint for a better price? Or any other affordable reccommended washable white paints?

Also, exactly how washable is washable? I seem to have broken lines of smudged black on my wall i'm guessing from the funriture, and a lot of stains all over my bedroom thanks to my little sister's dirty hands. Would a washable paint mean I can actually clean it perfectly like I can clean a radiator? I hope so, I cant DEAL with more stains!!

    Thanks in advance

    * Actually, I just checked it's 60 euros for the white paint, not 48!
