Wondering if someone on this forum might have insight or experience on the topic. If I were to publicly advertise and then screen a previously released movie (for example only, Titanic), who do I contact to get rights, pay fees to etc? Is there a central point in Ireland (Irish Film Board?), or is it distributor by distributor?

I know with music obviously you pay IMRO/PPI, I'm just not aware of the process with film.
