    did you try clearing the BIOS?

    Check the ram is seated fully in the slots with the "latches" closed.
    Also try one stick of ram.Try both sticks singly in each slot.

    Make sure you have the 4pin power to motherboard connected.

    If its still doesn't work try taking it out of the case to rule out a short.Make sure to use a non-conductive surface.

    Check the cpu socket for any bent pins.

    Solved

    I didn't realise that I had to take two connectors off PSU. I just connected to 12volt power connector and she fired up

    Glad you got it sorted, my parts are arriving this week and I'm terrified somthing like this will happen me
