tablet unlocking in waterford

    Hi wondering if anyone knows if anyone can unlock my sons tablet in waterford. He put a password on it and forgot it immediately.
    Any help will be appreciated

    What type of tablet is it?

    Just factory reset it, read the manual. Probably something like holding volup+power.

    If you do a factory reset all data will be lost.

    Tablets are not for storage so no big deal.

    Its a gotab they were called goclever I think . Manual and website no help
    Website says the only way is to remember password or completely reload software manually
