So I have a couple of €10er off €50 spend vouchers for the above and I've all my grocery shopping done :)

Any suggestions for good Spirits & White Wines from either of the above appreciated. Thinking one of them will Clarkes Bourbon from Aldi.

Lidl James Cook Rum is ok for an everyday rum.

Apart from that, I've heard good things about the single malt scotch, but never actually tried it

Toro loco red wine and toro loco reserve . A few years ago that wine got a huge review that it was up there with the 30 euro bottles of wine and it was only 4.99 at that time , its 6.49 now and 6.99 ( reserve) I love it and it sells like hot cakes.

Edit. Sorry I see it says white wines..... Ignore my comment so ....

The Aldi Hopkings (I think) gin is decent.

The Clontarf whiskey is pretty good too at around 19euro a bottle.
