Hi,
I'm looking to rent a room in the south side of Dublin, however I only need the room Monday to Thursday nights and will never be in Dublin at the weekends (I'm in my late 40s and can't get a job in Waterford but will return there to my family every weekend). I'm hoping that there is someone out there who wants to rent on such a part time basis (e.g. a person who has someone visiting them every weekend or a person who wants the house to themselves at weekends). My contract starts in May and will continue till December.
