Haven't you posted the same thing about 4 times?

    In any event...

I understand what you are saying, but running and cowering is not the answer. We all have a cross to bear in life, and challenges to meet. Bar some very severe sexual harrasment, physical violence, or something else that can objectively and independently be seen as at the upper end of the scale, you are completely in the wrong (from a social welfare perspective) (from a personal perspective, maybe that's your own personal choice, and that's fine, but don't expect money in the hand)

In terms of being fair to the state, in circumstances where there are a variety of remediation options available to you, and you don't pursue them, you can't be entitled to benefits. Full stop. The department of social protection are not there to mind you because it is easier to run or bail out on life's challenges. You have to mind yourself. You have to learn to cope.

Go back to the job if you can. Please.

And if a person ever in the past left a job because of THEY believed it was stress, and not an independent professional. And that person claimed welfare. That needs to be sorted out / paid back.

So please do not end up like that. Call centre jobs will get better.

It would be best to ask to speak to a boss and explain the situation and see if you can be assigned to someone else for training. You should not have to put up with such treatment. Some call centres have terrible reputations but, even so, the boss should do something about it. You may be disqualified for some weeks if you walk but doubt that you would be disqualified for the full 9 weeks. Perhaps write a letter to the boss and hand it to him/her when you meet. Then, if the situation doesn't get sorted, at least you have a copy of that for SW.
