Looking for a basic Windows based tablet device for max €250, would like 10" screen but would settle for 8". Ideally it would have HDMI out as well.

Do you need it now or can wait awhile?

If you can their is a lot more options coming down the line, especially with lower price options

Picked up a Toshiba Encore on adverts.ie and it seems pretty good so far. Just want for basic stuff like browsing and watching videos so hopefully it works out
