    I changed the account from my landlords name to my own on march 13. Im still waiting for my pack with account number, easy payment card etc.

    Thanks for your post.

    If setting up your account involved changing supplier, this process can take up to 20 working days. If however your landlord was already with Electric Ireland the change of name should have been effective immediately.

    If you'd like us to look into this for you, please send us a private message with your full name, address, contact number and (if you have them) an MPRN and/or switch reference number.
