italian i.d for concert??

    im on holidays in italy and ill be 18 on the 10th and i will be getting a italian i.d but my mate asked me to go to a concert in dublin in vicar st. but do they accept la carta d'identita, i will not be bringing my passport because i will be getting smashed so i will lose it haha

    I imagine they would.

    It's acceptable in place of passport within the Schengen area so as proof of age it should be fine.

    He's Italian originally and back there on holiday. He is getting Italian national ID card there which will identify him and his age.

    Wants to know if he can use it as proof of age at a gig.
