Hi I bought a pair of bluetooth earphones last wk. I tought they d be ideal for running/walking as I use my phone to listen to music/radio or chatting and the lead of earphones gets in the way. I found when using them for talking no one could heard or understand me. I paid €40 for these. . . I want to return them but , I ve noticed on the bottom of the receipt "exchange only " I want a refund as the quality is un acceptable. This was not told to me when they were purchased. I'm I entitled to a full refund?

    Kind regards
    Sinead

    (1) The 'HE' in the forum title refers to 'high end'. High end in terms of the quality of the equipment of course, not the end of the owner that they are used at! Headphones from aldi probably don't qualify. In terms of sound fidelity that is.

    (2) You'll probably get a more helpful response here: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=580

    (3) You could try just bringing them back to the branch you bought them in, and explaining the situation. I've done this several times and always got a refund with no fuss.

    Best of luck with it.

    Agree with the above poster,
    Aldi are great with returns.
Dont be shy, afraid of bringing it back. Best of luck, yet you will not need it with Aldi

I Thought it was "Home Entertainment"

Jebus, you're right! Thanks for the correction before I embarrassed myself further.

Don't I just feel as useless as a pair of Aldi headphones...

    :(

This site needs a 'high end' forum, so I can show off me gear! None o' yer feckin' soundbars! Valves all the way.
