    Settled?

    I used to walk by this development quite a lot on the way to Richmond Park. It looks really well. They did a great job of redeveloping the site which used to be a dodgy industrial estate. Bluebell at the luas end has a reputation for being a bit rough but imo it looks worse than it actually is. The other end opens on to the Long Mile Rd which is Walkinstown which is a perfectly fine area (says the lad born and bred there!).
