I've been buying DIY supplies from bargainvapour for a while now, but I've noticed there's a seriously off taste about their VG. Who do you guys recommend for the tastiest VG in ireland?

I'm using VG from Bargainvapor and can't say I have noticed, will take note though....

Boots have the pharma VG sometimes - if not then Ecigshop.eu has good stuff and 100mg VG/PG too, still expensive for the VG in my opinion.
    Just seen Bargainvapour's price for 100ml VG - €4.79?

    Way too much.

I have gotten all my nicotine base , PG and VG from ecigshop.eu , no problems so far , except my last order 1 got 1liter PG and 1liter of VG , because it is 10euro cheaper per liter when bought that way and i was splitting it with someone

But it was only dated best before august 2014 , i was not at all happy with this, so if you are ordering big amounts i would ring beforehand and ask what is the B.B date, i will next time

BB date on VG....! I would be very surprised if VG has a short shelf life tbh.....If it is stored away from strong light and heat it should last for years IMO....

Wonder if it was contaminated before you got it....Did you contact who you got it from?

I did he just said he hadnt checked the dates and wasnt aware of it, they were imported from that polish site, i have most of it in the freezer anyway, but you expect a better shelf life than 4 months when ordering by the liter or any size for that matter

Anecdotal for what it's worth..... but knew some people who were manufacturing food and selling it in large chain outlets and asked how they came up with Bb dates and they told me they made them up......it was on a type of food product that was used on food, not food itself....

I would imagine it would have been give a very long shelf life so was probably sitting around for years already is the thing , yeah i will still vape it like, i eat eggs a week or more past their B.B dates , im not fussy about these things but the eggs had the normal shelf life when i got them , if i had paid 40 euro for my eggs and came home and saw they were dated for tomorrow id be PISSSSSED

I looked it up and from what I can find VG has a very long shelf life as I would have expected.......as for eggs, don't put them in the fridge.....leave them at room temperature.....Ha ha haaa....vaping and eggs eh! :)

Edit: Personally I like to vape my eggs scrambled, some like em hard, some like em soft.....!

    Hi,

I sold you the VG. After our conversation I checked the BB dates for the stock I had and decided to place new order.

I just received this new batch from Inawera and the BB dates on them are 10/2015 for VG and 12/2015 for PG

    I hope this helps,

    Cheers

I'm losing my patience with this crap to be honest. Please read the charter. Boards.ie is not a support forum for vendors.

I know this is a late response, but that seems like a bit of a weird attitude to take to be honest...

I understand why you wouldn't want vendors spamming with promotional material and the like, but if somebody posts a complaint or issue they had with a specific vendor it seems pretty unreasonable not to allow the vendor to respond. Best case scenario the vendor will try to make it right, worst case scenario we all know not to buy from them again. In either case, it's helping the consumers.

Boards rules I believe. They like to charge commercial organisations providing customer support, ala the ask Vodafone, meteor etc forums.

Yes, so is it. That is why almost all of vendors have moved to Facebook & Co. I just saw the people talking about our shop and couldn't resist not to respond to that and got a slap from moderator stright away. :) So for interactions with vendors the users here have to use PM in boards, e-mail them or use other means of contact.

Some how i missed the reply , and i know alvini cant comment now on it.

But no it didnt really help me as i ended up with 40 euro worth of pg/vg with 4 month shelf life, i could have returned it but it hardly seemed worth it what with shipping costs.

It IS good other vapers who can now purchase knowing they will have minimum 18months shelf life

As i have said in previous post i would recommend ecigshop.eu

You can use "you" if you wish but as a volunteer moderator I simply uphold the rules of boards.ie. It's not a question of what I might agree with or not agree with. All I can do is warn vendors. I can just as easily let them post away and find themselves site banned later on by an admin and myself removed as a moderator (very tempting let me tell you).

Boards runs a verified reps system whereby companies can pay to have official reps. on the site. With electronic cigarettes when last attempted banks wouldn't ok it (for accepting payments) as they considered the industry a grey area or some such ridiculous nonsense.

tldr - out of my hands
