    Hi guys,

Does anyone know where I could find some information or a good article or two on the changes this Act brought about and how it differs from those that came before it?

    Thanks for your help.

Here are two on specific aspects of the Act:

William Binchy, “Torts claims against schools: the implications of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005” (2006) 1(2) Quarterly Review of Tort Law 28

John Curran, “Victimisation: A New Remedy for Employees” (2008) 5 IELJ 4

For a more general point of view, then Health, Safety & Welfare Law in Ireland by Joseph Kinsella is one I'd recommended. Fairly recent so I'd say would have that act covered.

Thank you, but I'm looking for something more generalised rather than into the specifics if you know what I mean? Just where this Act differs form its predecessors etc.
