Difficult Access Issue

    Hi there
Just in a difficult situation. Recently separated with a young child. Abusive violent husband, have been to court and protection order in place. Father in law a horrifically abusive man so access was agreed in court on the premise that he not be present during access. Childis just three but consistently telling me he is present and giving lots of details. There is no doubt whatsoever. However his wife (who he physically, mentally and emotionally abuses) is willing to stand in court and deny this. It is already having a very negative impact on child; nightmares and being told to call me very derrogatory terms that no 3 year old should ever hear, told to lie etc ;( Any advice please? How do we prove this in court?
    Thanks in advance
