DM 780 problem

have been qrt since Xmas , fired up this afternoon & cant get OP from DM780 goes into TX but no PO before I pull out the last of my hair any one any ideas?

from time to time this would happen to me, what I do is - I go through the whole set up step by step as it's the first time I'm setting it up and usually it helps.
