Painting outside walls vs Leylandii trees

There are some leylandiis nearby and there are green patches after forming on outside walls, painted white. Is there a recommended paint to use or will this be an ongoing probblem? House was painted just 2 years ago and looks clean except for these stains... I scrubbed them with bleach and power washed the patches but…
