Just wondering do you have any recommendations for snacks at work? For lunch I have a sandwich and a pineapple pot, which I say I can get fed up with soon!

    Snacks
    Yogurts
    Rice cakes
    Crackers and cheese/Philadelphia, hummus, etc.
    Nuts
Fruit salad - melons, pineapple, grapes, strawberries
Whole fruit - pears, apples, bananas, etc.
Chopped veg - carrots, corn, peppers
They're all very healthy too :)

What facilities have you got at work - e.g. is there a hob or microwave?

You could make up a batch of these:

Or something similar like flapjacks or granola.
