Little quirks

Why do some people leave their tongue hanging out of their mouths. I've just spent the last 45mins with a guy who while looking over paperwork and listening to me had his tongue absolutely everywhere besides inside his mouth (Lol at that sentence!).
Is it a concentration thing for people? How does it develop? It seems to be common enough. I remember teachers in school who'd do the same while I was asking a question, or correcting them....:P

Does anyone else find this slightly bizarre?

What uncommon little quirks do boardsies perhaps do from time to time.
I tend to look angry when I'm concentrating because my eyebrows.

O.K. Teddy that's far enough, now let's be honest here for once.

    1) Admit you are a woman.
    2) Admit you were naked while interacting with this guy.
    3) Forgive the guy for having his tongue hanging out, I mean what do you expect?

When I'm really concentrating/writing a lot, I notice my lips get closer to my nose. So it looks like a very exaggerated 'duck face'

It's pretty normal, something about concentration and normally suppressed random movements...

I look really angry when I'm thinking or so I've been told....

When I get stressed, my eyebrows shoot up and I appear to be in a state of panic.

I also shake my hands when I'm excited or tense. I used to dance when I was a kid and one of the relaxation techniques was to shake your hands out....I think that's why I do it.

When I read I frown. Then I realise it and stop, but can't concentrate on the book because I'm trying to stop myself from frowning!

I scratch my head enough to draw blood.

I am now and have always been a man :)
I had a lecturer too actually who used to close his eyes nearly all the time when he was explaining things. Imagine he was a driving instructor :D

I do the tongue thing. Not out the side of my mouth like a Labrador or anything, but I rest the tip between my lips as I concentrate on something. I've never noticed myself doing it, but it's been pointed out to me many times.

There are photos of me in infant class at school doing it, so it's a lifelong habit.

I rub my head a lot when I get stressed or anxious. A friend of mine, when he is concentrating hard on writing, makes quiet, little moans (yes, yes oh matron!) but they sound like he is making car driving noises like a child would do. :)

Apparently I only call my husband 'honey' when I'm really pissed off with him. He only told me that last year. 17 years of not noticing it myself.

When I'm really pissed off I get creepily calm. It unnerves people, or so I'm told.
