    Hi,

Does anyone know if there is public access to Leinsters training ground in UCD?. My little fella is Leinster obsessed and is looking to watch them train there. He is not looking for autographs, just to watch. We have been to the RDS and got all the autographs and watched them train. Any help would be appreciated.

They train in UCD. Mostly on the Clonskeagh side of UCD. The pitch is on the rhs, behind a fenced gate! Usually don't let observers in. They also train the odd time on the pitches behind The UCD bowl and any1 can stroll up for a look.

Yeah they quite often train over in front the physiotherapy building in the morning. Its fenced in but you can see from outside.

Not really. Think theres been 1 session on a sunday this season. Its usually during the week and depends on when the match falls At the end of it.

The players do a mild warm down the day after a game but it's more so to help assess injuries and the like. It generally takes place indoors bar for a short run for those able to run but you are talking 8AM early in the day and it's done before lunchtime. The day after that is generally a rest day but as Dravokivish says, this may change depending on forthcoming match schedules.

There are occasionally open sessions around the province; you should keep an eye out for them on the Leinster website and FB page.

Used to be an Easter open session but that has stopped.

Open sessions around the province are during pre-season/prep for friendlies.
