Renting out a garage

    Hello, Hope this question has landed in a suitable forum,
    i have a garage that comes with my apartment (south county Dublin Coast) and i dont use it at the moment, I was wondering is there any market at all for renting it out? Either for parking or storage? Is this a viable option? And where would i advertise and at what cost? Others in the building wouldnt have need, so where do i find someone that might?
    All ideas welcomed.
