It's the size of the bastards, not the colour. Was in Vegas lately, big as fcuking beach balls they were. That's not natural, no siree bob.

Are you making one right now??

The wonderful taste of fresh strawberries should never be lessened by fúcking them into a smoothie so you can disguise the taste of other foods that don't taste all that great.

They're pretty much at the top of the fruit taste pyramid.

I love pineapple. As it is. I feel its reputation has been sullied by the fact that it sometimes finds itself looking up at you as you tuck into a savoury dish.

A visit to the US last year confronted me with pineapple finding its way into: coleslaw, a roast chicken dish, Hawaiian 'breakfast', and an 'authentic' Thai curry.

As a fruit it deserves better.

Jesus, if I was around in 1848 and that was thrown up to me then I'd have taken my chances on the boat.

Where did the OP go??? I hope he didn't accidentally put his head in the blender or anything

It's a tricky one OP but here is the calculation:

First find out the calorie count for these items separately:
    - 1 Normal sized banana
    - 3 Medium scoops of Low Fat frozen yoghurt
    - 5 shot glasses of orange juice
    - half a pint of frozen strawberries

Then add it all together! Simples.

    Calorie counting is bs

either you're eating **** food or you're not. Fruit smoothies, do it all day.

    banana is.between 100 and 150 calories
    Orange juice about 70 calories
No idea what a pint of strawberries are whether it's a pint glass of whole strawberries or a pint of blended strawberries but the blended ones would come in at about 175 calories

Yogurt I'll guess at 50 calories

So total approx 400 calories '

A sausage and egg mc muffin has less calories than that so they must be healthy.

In terms of bodyfat calories is all that matters. You can eat ****e but if you keep it low you wont get fat. Eat 30 bananas every day youll be fat as fook.

No idea, but you'd get more nutritional value and taste if you ate the box instead.

Pineapple is one of the nasty fruits. It looks all innocent and cute but it's not. And please don't put it into my curry!

I love pineapple. It's gorgeous with satay chicken! It's gorgeous with most things actually... Just not in a feckin pizza.

Melon, strawberries and grapes are also amazingly nom. It bothers me how expensive nice fruit is.

No idea how many calories would be in that but it sounds like a lot of sugar, natural sugar, but still sugar.
