Loss of Kids channels

Hi,

I have a openbox hooked up to my old sky dish and today I lost the kids channels, my son loves pop and a few others but I cant seem to tune them in, as they are FTA ive no idea why I cant get them

I have lost all channels on 11.426 V 27.5 2/3. These include Bid tv,France 24 and CNC English. I have a sky hd box. Is this transponder active? If it is then it must have something to do with my LNB.

That frequency and the transponder are on the weaker Eutelsat satellite and they are both Vertical polarisation.

Check the other transponders on that satellite, both horizontal and vertical, and see if there is any pattern - http://www.lyngsat.com/Eutelsat-28A-and-Astra-2A-2E-2F.html.

Possible problems could be the dish is slightly out of alignment or the skew of the LNB might require adjustment

Yeh there are a few others missing.

You need to specify what channels are missing, then we can see if there is a pattern and maybe come to a solution

I have all tne other channels on that satellite except the ones I mentioned in my other post. Is 11.426 H also used as a freesat transponder? I can,t get anything on that either. So both H and V polarisations on that frequency don't pick up anything. I guess i will have to get an engineer out to have a look at the dish. Thanks for the info Cush.

Ill have to look later but when I search for pop etc on the frequency the box has NG instead of OK.
