    Hey all,

I have a hypothetical business related question...

If someone owns a gym and they wish to sell products like protein, pre-workouts, Gym related stuff etc...

Can they just buy products from lets say MyProtein.ie and sell them in the gym?

Its just been something I've been wondering, do business' need permission to sell products?

An Answer on this would be greatly appreciated

You can sell anything you like without any license, except of course regulated items such tobacco, alcohol, controlled medicines and the like. If it is legal to sell a product online, it is legal to physically retail it.

There are also some manufacturers that give retailers a catchment area or are quite selective in who sells their products their product so sometimes you aren't able to access it. You could still buy those products from retailers and sell them on but then you wouldn't be making any money so wouldn't be the best idea!
