If you were going to get into breeding a pedigree flock, which breed would you choose and why?

I know we have some vested interests on here already ;):)

always found pedigree breeding a lot of hastle and not that much reward at the end.
while not pedigree breeding as we know it I would like to try NZ romney, simply because I have never worked romneys and believe the progress the kiwis have made with genomics/ebvs/indexes is impressive.

there was some advertised on donedeal last year...never went to look though:o

emm....if imagining and dreaming...I would go with texel as there a huge difference between good and bad texels its simply amazing

the differences in one breed is very interesting IMO
