Im just wondering is it safe to say that Viktor Lazlo in Casa Blanca is an agent of the office strategic services US since of his starting up underground guerrilla movements against the Nazi's also he broke out of a concentration camp which is extremely difficult for an unarmed man. I am asking this because I am wondering would it be safe to put it down in a leaving exam exam.

I'm not sure where you're getting that, but I don't recall it being in the plot.

More importantly, I definitely wouldn't put a capital B in Casablanca because it shouldn't be there.
