A quick Google search would suggest that these aren't Mr. Pepper's own words but rather a cut and paste job, which they should really have indicated by posting them in quotes or made it clear that they aren't actually connected to the offer. I honestly don't think Mr. Pepper is connected but rather just passing on something they thought might be of interest, but competitions are not considered a bargain here, so there'll be no banning for an honest mistake!
