It's really so sad. Very brave.

A son made a documentary about his father and the abuse his father suffered.

But the unusual thing was unknown to the loving father the same people who abused him also were abusing his beloved son.

The amount of guilt these brave men feel becomes apparent.

no comment on the actual OP, but how can you say this with such finality? my dog dying hurt me a lot more than my grandfather dying did, common convention wouldn't really gel with that

The video is about sexual abuse isn't it?

I contend that the sexual abuse of a minor (and indeed an adult) is just about the worst crime you can commit short of murdering someone.

If this doesnt disgust you then you need to take a good hard look at yourself

I don't think it's really fair to wage different crimes against each other. Having your house broken into can destroy people. Any from of sexual abuse is obviously horrific. It's something that will be very hard to ever fully get over.

Would be an interesting documentary for sure. I wonder how much they're hoping to raise?
Same frightening stats there too that 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 6 boys are abused before the age of 18.

I know what you mean and I agree sexual abuse should be treated on par with killing a person in terms of legal punishment.

idk, i didn't watch it. like i said, no comment on the OP. what scale are you basing that on? i didn't know there was a rung of crimes
