    Hi everyone,

I am doing a dissertation on the Aistear Curriculum and teacher's views of it as opposed to regular play. Does anyone here use Aistear as part of their school day? What are your thoughts on it?:)

I think Aistear is a great idea in principle and like everything else, if properly resourced it works really well. However funding can be an issue in getting resources to fully implement it. I have seen it work very well in some schools and others not using it all.

    MOD WARNING:

Sorry OP, you can't really use Boards as your own personal research tool (as per the T&C you signed up to and the T&L charter).

Best thing to do would be to instigate some interviews/surveys with teachers and extrapolate the data the old fashioned way.
