Cattle PD scan training

Hi everyone! I've noticed there are a good few threads and questions on here about ultrasound scanning to PD cows.

I'm actually in England, and over here it's illegal for non-vets to perform an ultrasound examination on cows unless you have gone on DEFRA-approved course which gives you legal exemption to be allowed to scan.

We run this course twice a year, on the one before last we had two Irish farmers (out of a total of 7 students), and on the last one we had another three (out of a total of 8), so I thought it might be worth mentioning here.

It's a 4 day course held on a purpose-built research farm in Swindon. If anyone here is interested, please PM me and I can send you over all the info.

    Thanks!

Reminder: This course runs in just over one week's time. We still have two places available.
