Checking efibre order went through...

    Hi

    I registered to upgrade to efibre in my area on line yesterday and I received an email of confirmation straight after. I checked my order on my eircom just now and its not showing any order listed.
    Can someone from eircom confirm if my order went through? I can pm the relevant details details when needed
