Looking to do a Launch NIght in a club

I've just setup a small dj agency and I'm looking to setup a launch night for the lads.3/5 djs have no experience playing in a club. I've worked for 6 years in a club but I'm quitting djing due to deafness in ear :( haha. Does anyone have experience doing any club nights/launches. These lads are pretty good.
