Ah I see. Look if it was me I'd take it because I prefer to be working rather than on the dole any day of the week.

Will you be going through the books or cash in hand ?

Trough the books.Well If I get small nixer,or two days cash.I get more than working for 5days.which is what is wrong with the country.companies want people for as little as they can get.where if the gave me 11,ph i would take the job straight away.

If its labouring for a construction company I believe there is a Registered Employment Agreement and the rates are a lot higher than 9/11 euros per hour.
Can't link at the moment but I'm sure Google will help you.

From what I can see there the minimum legal pay rate is 18.60 an hour for a qualified craftsman.
Not sure how an agency could get around that.

    Edit:sorry it's €17.21
