Cycling Injury

I completed a 120 km charity cycle on the 30th of March. The day after completing the cycle I started to get a sharp pain in the back of my ankle. It hurts when i extend or retract my ankle. I googled it and it appears to be an Achilles tendon injury. I never suffered from this before and had a good bit of training done on the turbo trainer for the event.

The night before the cycle I noticed that the saddle bolts were loose so tightened them. Now I'm thinking that the saddle position shifted and I did the cycle in the wrong position putting stress on tendon.

Did this happen to anyone before?
