    Hi All,

I've started a new website and am wondering outside of Facebook, Twitter and content, what's the best way to increase visits to the site?

The website itself doesn't sell anything or have any products for sale, it's purely a news and entertainment website.

    Any and all suggestions welcome!

    Thanks

Why would people want to look for it?

What differentiates it from other websites in the category?

    What makes it better?

    Who's it "for"?

If you can't answer those, then you're in trouble. In my opinion.

Why would people want to look for it? It's not a generic point of view as opposed to other website in same category

What differentiates it from other websites in the category?Again, a different take on humour and more 'specialised' content: as in covering topics that no other website currently covers

What makes it better? As above really, different perspective. Other site in same category are quite generic, in my opinion

Who's it "for"?Currently aimed at 18-30 male market with plans in place for females in same age bracket

If you can't answer those, then you're in trouble. In my opinion.

    Thanks for your input
