bought an online subscription to Sunday Times because of the good work on horsemeat and policing scandals and they got me to keep it with the autorenewal :/

    here's the Irish website
    http://www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/sto/news/ireland/

but problem is there seems to every week articles that don't get listed in either this index http://www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/sto/news/ireland/
    or this news index http://www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/sto/news/ireland/News/

this week there a story on Varadkar thoughts on Fingal Mayor and Sarah McInery wrote a story about the mayor aswell and another story about Rehab, that I only know of cos I read the saturday night tweeting of the headlines by the staff and searched for them.

I tweeted at Franksuntimes the editor when he asked for questions last week and he told me the app would fix that? (they launched a pdf app of the Irish newspaper, welcome to 2010!)

they're mostly general news stories, not sport, not business, mostly political actually often written by Sarah McInerney, is there a /Politics im missing?

The Sunday Times app is worse than useless. The text is super tiny even when zooming in. It is unusable for any length of time. All reviews on Google Play are negative. Stay away from the app.

The ST website, for Irish news, is also useless because as you said articles are difficult to find.

where is this article listed ? http://www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/sto/news/ireland/article1401876.ece I only found it by searching for political reporter Sarah McInerney so often her articles aren't listed and I miss them.

I think the times could kill itself by going behind a pay wall.

They could end up in a situation where their not being talked about.

"There is only one thing in life worse than being talked about, and that is not being talked about."

I took out a special promotion offer which went up to 26 euro a month, I cancelled and went with the Sunday paper for 2euro, though I think I will cancel that.

that is the case curently with their Irish Sunday Times Newspaper, their journos are always complaining how the stories aren't further covered.

I went on the the sundaytimes livechat help and explained my issue with of the Irish stories not being listed the person sent me to www.irishtimes.com

Ha! I contacted the Sunday Times with an app issue before, emails bounced and when I eventually got a reply it was worse than awful.

after my compaints they actually created another Irish index at http://www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/sto/news/ireland/News/Irish_News/ but even that doesn't list all the articles

but I finally figured his out
    this link works http://www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/sto/public/sitesearch.do?querystring=Ireland&sectionId=2&p=sto&bl=&pf=all#/sto/public/sitesearch.do?querystring=Ireland&navigators=publication_id:sto|sectionname0:News&filters=date_published_7days:[NOW/DAY-7DAY%20TO%20NOW]&offset=0&hits=0&service=searchframe

    I had though what a do I search for * doesn't work

i think searching for Ireland does it, obvious huh, it finds the Ireland in the byline and then you refine by Sunday Times and then by just News if you like

since i complained its got worse there obviously created a new folder homeV2 http://www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/sto/homeV2/article1433555.ece and the trick of searching for Ireland no longers works.

there are still saying I should I tablet use the pdf but I don't have one and don't want to.

'Sunday Times Support real journalism' they say but don't expect to actually get it on the web, we want to recreate paper in pdf on tablets thats 2014 (actually thats ~2009 technology)

@lostexpectation we have never marketed the online subscription to readers as a way to get the Irish edition. Hopefully will be able to soon https://twitter.com/roakleyIRL/status/490624949363933184

ST expects you to pay for news but not online
