Netflix and Dual Monitor Issue on Win7

    Howdy,

So I'm using a laptop with an external monitor hooked up via HDMI. I want to be able to have Netflix in fullscreen on the monitor while I work on the laptop display.

Whenever I click on something on the laptop screen, it pops out of fullscreen on the monitor.

All the answers online suggest right clicking on a Netflix video, clicking Silverlight, going to the Permissions tab and "Allow fullscreen on unfocused" for Netflix. But there isn't a Netflix option in the permissions tab. It's blank.

Have tried the usual uninstall/reinstall suggestion, no joy. The Google Chrome plugin is enabled.

    Any ideas?

Silverlight version 5.1.3, Win7 64, latest Google Chrome.
