Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello all,

Would any of you out there know if there is anyone selling traditional, wooden Indian Clubs in Ireland? I'm also looking for classes in Indian Club swinging if anyone knows of any being run (preferably in Dublin).

I have found a couple of sellers selling iron "power clubs". Does anyone know if these can be used in pairs in the same way as Indian clubs are used?

Hi these can be pretty expensive,

I'd first make my own and see if I enjoyed the workout and get a basic feel for it.. my younger brother done this - used them for a while and then moved on to other things, he prefers the Mace which is similar but a lot tougher. (he also made his own 1 of these :P)
