So I recently booked and put a deposit on a twin room in Corrib village that i was planning on sharing with a friend. Something came up for him recently and it doesn't look like he will be needing accommodation in Galway after all. Does anyone know if it's possible to change the twin room i booked to a single room as i'm uncertain about sharing a room with someone random. I have checked the campus accommodation website and I can't find anyway to alter my booking. Thanks in advance :)

Ring the Corrib Village reception and they will let you know, its best to get a direct answer from them instead of getting an answer on here that someone might not be sure on.

You're right. I'll try and ring them in the morning. Thanks!

HI was at the open day on Sat and was chatting to someone who wanted a single room but was told they were all booked.
i booked a twin room have no idea who I will be sharing with.Just have to wait and see. The single rooms are not a bad size Twin just ok. The block they showed us there were 4 single rooms and 1 twin room. kitchen/cum living room bathroom and also a seperate toilet

Sorry i've only seen your reply there.. I say deep down that's the only reason i wanted to change to a single, because i'm a bit nervous about sharing a room with someone random. I suppose i'll just have to get over it! Thanks for the reply :)
