    Morning all

Took Mrs Bumpers car to get the brake pads replaced today and it turns out that the lock nut is basically fecked. She got new tyres in December and it turns out that the place she went to used an air gun to remove the nuts using her lock nut and this has sheared the small round parts off so now it's no use. Anyone know where i can get a lock nut for a 307 near Dublin city center?

I know the lock nut socket you describe mate, round and hollow with four semi circle lumps on the inside? Theyre a terror, I hate seeing them come in because the amount of people that butcher them is unholy!

Citroen and Peugeot do them so whichever garage is closer, Halfords might have lock nut removal sockets thatll work too as there isnt a sliding sleeve over the wheel stud.

I have 4 of them here off a 307 the missus had a while back. They're just gathering dust. First thing I did was whip them off. Kells area.
