    I have a asus z87-a mobo and a asus gtx 780 since yesterday there is an LED on the motherboard above the q connecter (it's a big led not a post state one) which is always on green even when pc is shut down also the two LED's on my gtx780 above the power cables are green when PC is shut down...is this normal?

    First off it's fine. "normal"

    It is an Asus mobo thing. If you plug it out from the wall will go off.
