Mods feel free to move if in wrong thread we are in the process of looking for a house it is perfect apart from it being north facing I have no problem re landscaping/plants but I did notice today there was lots of bubbling/blistering on the exterior paint of one corner of the house that doesnt get sun. Is there a good waterproof exterior paint with a good fungicide. How many times would it need to be painted and would it need powerwashing also? The part of the wall would only get a few hours of sun if that a day so is a very damp area. It is also covered in cement so dont know if it is better to cover wall with a trelis and shade plant or just treat the wall and leave bare.
