    Hi,

Can anybody tell me whether the bluebells are in bloom yet at Moore Abbey Wood?

I was hoping to photograph them. I'm sure a walk in the woods would be nice anyway but I would prefer to go when the bluebells are there

    Thanks

They are out now but as coilte have thinned the forestry they are not as plentiful as they once were as the wood grass is out competing them

They are still very impressive at the moment, also in parts of Emo Court.

Thanks I actually went there not long after posting this question.
There were some bluebells out at that stage but not loads.

The woods are lovely in any case so it was well worth the trip.
    I must revisit.

I saw photos from a woods near Rathangan which seemed to have lots of bluebells so might try there as well.

    Thanks for the replies

I believe that there are some in Donadee Park, but I have not been.

Killinthomas in Rathangan is where you're looking for.
